Mr. Dharam Tomar is a Founder and Managing Director of Mr & Miss City Fashion League Pvt. Ltd. He is an enterprising personality, businessman and a go-getter. Ex model with expertise in fashion events, talent grooming and advertising. He has started his career as a model with agencies like Glitz, Glaze and more as a published model in many advertising campaigns and magazines.
